If you changed your mind, please email our customer service team at email@example.com and we will give you a customer reference number to include with your return. Make sure it arrives safely back in our hands before the 14-day return window expires.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. You are also responsible for the goods while in transit until they reach our offices. Responsibility for loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you or for you to dispute with your delivery service providers.
All products are quality controlled before going out for delivery. Items that are being returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a refund if the item(s) are not returned in the same full original condition sent to you.
Customized or personalized items are not refundable.
Upon receipt of the items, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid (excluding postage and packaging costs) within 14 days.
The refund is made with the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial sale.
